  • Children 1-3 years: 1 tbsp. of magnesium, 1x/day take 15 ml.
    Children 4-8 years: 1 tbsp. of magnesium1, -2x/day take 15 ml.
    Children 9-13 years: 2 tbsp. of magnesium, 1-3x/day take 30 ml.
    Teenagers 14-18 years: 2 tbsp. of magnesium, 1-3x/day take 30 ml.
    Adults: 2 tbsp. of magnesium, 1-5x/day take 30 ml.

    Dissolve one sachet (25 g) in 1 liter of water. You can dilute magnesium in fruit juice or vegetable juice.
