  • Daily intake of a prenatal multivitamin and mineral supplement containing iron. Taking a prenatal multivitamin and mineral supplement containing iron at the same time as this product may result in constipation, diarrhea and/or vomiting due to high iron intake. vomiting due to high iron intake.
  • GMO-free, wheat-free, soy-free, gluten-free, no artificial preservatives or sweeteners.
  • Children (4-13 years): 1 teaspoon daily.
    Teenagers (14-17 years): 2 teaspoons daily.

    Adult women over 51 years: 1 teaspoon daily.
    Breastfeeding women: 1 teaspoon daily.
    Pregnancy: 3 teaspoons daily.
