  • - Used in aromatherapy to relieve symptoms of joint and muscle pain associated with sprains, strains, arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, as well as a carminative and antispasmodic to help relieve digestive disorders or constipation.
  • If accidentally swallowed, seek emergency medical attention or contact a poison control centre. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. If you suffer from epilepsy or asthma, consult a health professional before use. May cause an allergic reaction (e.g. skin rash, irritation or dermatitis), in which case discontinue use and consult a health professional. Do not use on inflamed skin or in cases of dermatitis. Consult a health professional if symptoms worsen or persist.
