This beautiful cherry-red coloured wine with purplish hues is intense to the nose, presenting aromas of very ripe red berries. To the palate, it is supported by fine tannins with supple and round notes of red fruits such as cherry, raspberry and ripe plum. Served between 16 and 18°C, it fits perfectly with a mushroom terrine, grilled ras-el-hanout eggplant, charcuteries and soft cheese.
