This deep ruby-red coloured wine presents complex, yet beautiful aromas to the nose, characterized by jammy notes. On the palate, it is intense and recalls the expressive nose, where its fruity and woody notes mingle. On the finish, the tannins are light and subtle, typical to cellar wines. It can be paired with a legume and olive salad, quail, stuffed vine leaves, goat cheese or simply parsleyed pastas.
