Each capsule contains: Evening primrose oil (Œnothera biennis) (seed) Efamol® 500 mg Providing: Linoleic acid 329 mg Gamma-linolenic acid 58 mg Vitamin E (equivalent to 5 mg EAT of d-alpha-tocopherol).
Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatine, Glycerine, Liquid sorbitol (sorbitol solution), Simethicone, Soya oil. -

Adults (12 years and over): take 6 to 8 capsules a day orally in divided doses with food or drink.
Children (1 to 11 years): take 4 to 6 capsules a day orally in divided doses with food or drink. For children under 8 years of age, mix the contents of the capsule with milk or food.
Maintenance dose for both age groups: after 4 to 6 months, a lower maintenance dose of 2 to 4 capsules a day may be enough to control symptoms indefinitely.
