Adolescents 9-13: take three (3) drops per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adolescents 14-18: take four (4) drops per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adults: take five (5) drops per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Ages 14 and up - 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women to reduce the risk of neural tube defects.
